BREATHE EASY SHOWER STEAMERS

We have carefully curated a blend of essential oils to help assist in supporting the immune system and to break up and loosen mucus to provide congestion relief from cold and flus.

Essential Oils used:

Lavender has been proven to aid sleep but not only does it help you fall asleep but has been shown to improve the overall quality of rest which helps to boost your immune system. Lavender is also a natural pain reliever and can assist in reducing headaches, aches and pains.

Peppermint oil is a natural decongestant and fever reducer. It assists in reducing cough, sinusitis and throat infections.

Tea Tree oil assists by inhibiting bacteria/virus and helps to fight off infection. It also can relieve cold and flus symptoms by easing the effects of a cough and congestion.

Eucalyptus oil assists in reducing fevers and helps to fight off bacteria and viruses. It also helps to clear nasal and sinus congestion.

HOW TO USE:

1. PLACE ONE STEAMER IN THE CORNER OF THE BASE OF YOUR SHOWER.
2. SPLASH A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER ONTO THE STEAMER AND LEAVE TO BUBBLE AND DISSOLVE.
3. ENJOY THE THERAPEUTIC MAGIC OF ESSENTIAL OILS!
